Special Offers in the Mobile Application

Ever since the release of the Roxy mobile app version in 2020, app users have had the option to opt in to receive special offers from their veterinary practice. In early 2022, the Vet2Pet engineer team ran a report to identify how many clients across all active practices had actually opted in. The number was an astonishing almost 40% across all active practices! This was mind-blowing to us, but shows that many clients do want to hear from their practices and want to save money and take advantage of deals.

In October 2022, the first feature was released related to this check box, which included a Message Center Target User list as well as a filter in the Export Users report to see which clients have opted in.

How to opt in or out from the mobile app

  1. From the mobile app home screen, click on the three lines in the top left corner to open the side menu
  1. Click Settings
  1. Scroll down to the Promo section and check or uncheck the box called I would like to receive special offers for my pet

How to access the list of clients that have opted in

From the dashboard, Reports > Export Users

Set report filters to:

  • Users who opted in for special offers
  • Pet Sync = Any
  • Account Status = Verified
