  • The front of the postcards include your choice of fun artwork that will catch your client's eye — they're way too cute to be mistaken as junk mail.
  • The back of the postcards feature your practice's logo, name, personalized reminders, and a QR code directing pet owners to download the app.
  • Reminders are displayed in layperson terms with fun emojis and a red alert for overdue items.
  • Postcards are printed on FSC-certified recycled paper and are also 100% recyclable.

Postcard front

There are two different design theme options for the front of the postcards. Each theme contains various artwork options that will be evenly assigned to each batch of postcards. You may switch themes at any time.

Cartoon theme

This artwork was custom created just for Vet2Pet practices by Matt Rinard, an artist in New Orleans. These funny cards are sure to capture your client's attention when they arrives in their mailboxes.

Standard theme

For practices looking for a more conventional design, our standard theme offers clients a friendly reminder and features an eye-catching pet image along with your practice’s name.

Postcard back

The back of the postcards accommodates multiple pets within one household and both coming due and past due reminders.

Past-due reminders are listed first, followed by those that are upcoming. Within both sections, reminders are prioritized by category in the following order:

  1. Exam
  2. Lab work
  3. Rabies vaccine
  4. Kennel cough
  5. Vaccination
  6. Parasite prevention
  7. Dentistry
  8. Wellness plan renewal

Any additional reminder categories will subsequently display as space allows.

Emojis and reminder names

Most pet owners have no idea what DHLPP means. That's why Vet2Pet's reminders display a layperson term for what the pet needs, rather than a complicated acronym. Below is a breakdown of the keywords that reminders will be mapped to, and the fun emoji that will display next to the reminder.
