Creating a Manager Account in the Practice Dashboard
The practice dashboard has different levels of access. The highest level of access is the Manager role.
When you receive initial notice that your dashboard is ready for you to begin using, you will be sent a separate email inviting you to set up your Manager access in the practice dashboard. We will send this invitation to the email you provided with your enrollment.
If you did not receive this email, check your junk/spam folder.
You can also:
- Visit app.myvet2pet.com, and select "Reset your password?"
- Contact us, and we can resend the email.
When you are logged in to your practice dashboard as a Manager, you can:
- Assign other users Manager status
- View all reports
- Create roles and privileges
- Change account email and password
