How to create an account from the practice dashboard

  1. Go to your practice dashboard, and select Users.
  2. Select the blue Invite Client button.
  3. Add details—be sure the email address for the app account matches the email address on file in your practice management software.
  4. Within 5 minutes of the account's creation, your client will receive an email containing a link for them to set their password.
The password creation link will expire after 30 days. To send your client a new password creation email, search for the client in the user dashboard, and click Reinvite.
  1. Once your client creates their password, they can log in to their app using their email address and that password.
  2. If the client's email address has been on file in your practice management software for 24–48 hours, they will see their pet's information, including reminders and upcoming appointments, autoload into the My Pets section of the app.
If a pet’s information doesn’t automatically load in the app, ask your client to check again in 24 hours. The data connection can occasionally be delayed.
