Pharmacy Refill Requests: Home Delivery

App users can request medication and food refills outside of business hours, or without having to call your practice.

This feature requires a subscription to a third-party online store, like Vetsource or similar.
  1. Users can request orders from the home screen or the pet profile page of their app.

  1. If your practice uses a third-party online pharmacy, such as Vetsource, the user will be able to choose Pick up or Delivery.
  1. If Delivery is selected, the user will be directed to your practice's online pharmacy.

Your online pharmacy destination can be configured from your practice dashboard by selecting:
Settings > Links > Home Delivery Service URL
