Messages
An envelope at the top right corner of the home screen will take the user to the list of push notification messages that have been sent. A number badge will appear to indicate unread notifications.
All messages will be listed in chronological order and will be permanently stored.
Messages are one-way only (practice to user), so clients cannot reply to them.
A chat bubble at the top right corner of the home screen, to the left of the envelope, will take the user to the list of app chats and/or text messages that have been sent. A number badge will appear to indicate unread messages.
