Sending Messages From the Mobile App

You can set up your app to allow users to quickly reach your practice using the following methods:

  1. Email

To enable email communications, enter the destination email address in your practice dashboard:

Settings > Practice Info > Primary Email

If the Primary Email field is left blank, the Send Email button will not be displayed in your app.
  1. Text

Users will be able to quickly send a text message to the practice through:

  • A dedicated smartphone for the practice
  • A third-party service, such as Google Voice, Zipwhip, Weave, WhatsApp, or another texting platform

To enable text communications, enter the destination text number in your practice dashboard:

Settings > Practice Info > Text Message Phone Number

If the Text Message Phone Number field is left blank, the Send text message button will not be displayed in the app.
