How the Loyalty Program Works
Rewarding your top-performing clients will incentivize additional purchases and visits. Clients love getting rewarded, and this will be the main reason they'll want to download your app.
A loyalty tracker called My Paws will display the user's current loyalty paw count.
Your practice will determine how clients can earn paws, and you will create a Reward Store in the app where paws can be spent.
Our most popular program allows the client to earn one paw print for every $100 spent per invoice, and bonus stamps can be created for other transactions. Some ideas include:
- Referring a friend
- Reviewing the practice
- Purchasing 12 months of parasite protection
- Any service the practice is trying to promote
As the client earns stamps, they will unlock rewards. The most common rewards are:
- 20 stamps = $100 credit toward a future purchase
- 10 stamps = $50 credit toward a dental cleaning
- 3 stamps = Complimentary nail trim
The official rules for the loyalty program can be found by clicking the i button under the loyalty card. These rules are standard and cannot be edited.
