Client % Calculation
This percentage is calculated by the number of active app users divided by the total number of clients in their system that have had a transaction in the past 12 months.
You will not see this calculation on your dashboard if:
- The revenue graph is disabled (your revenue graph is enabled after your 1-year APPiversary or upon request). If you need help with this, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
- Your login to the dashboard does not have permission to see the revenue graphs.
- There are not 12 months of historical transaction data in your PMS.
- Your dashboard does not have full integration with your PMS.
If you are a new practice with Vet2Pet, you may not be able to see this data.
