Conversations writeback

Conversations writeback is enabled for practices using Avimark, Cornerstone, or Vetspire. Writeback saves time, reduces manual data entry, and automatically adds valuable information to a patient’s medical record. There is no additional cost for this feature.

Avimark must be version 2016.2.1.0. or higher. Cornerstone must be version 8.x or higher. Practices must have a SyncVet data connection.

At the end of a chat, you'll have three options to receive a transcript of the chat, including saving it to your PMS.

You can save the current conversation, full transcript, a date range, or even specific messages if you enable the Message Selector for your practice.

(To enable the Message Selector, navigate to Settings > Conversations > Show Message Selector when saving chat transcripts.)

You can also set the conversation title and staff member name.

Please note that Avimark conversation writeback will remain bolded in blue, like an unposted transaction, and cannot be "posted" in order to turn black at this time. They do not post to invoices or appear in the unposted transaction journal.
Attachments (images & videos) are written back to the Patient File Attachment window. To access that window, click in the Patient Area, right-click in that same area, then select File Attachments.
You can identify an image in the transcript by looking for: [Image Attachment]-Date-6 digit number. Match the 6-digit number from the transcript to the Patient File Attachment window to find the image.
