Troubleshooting Undelivered Notifications
App users will not receive some or any push notifications in the following scenarios:
- The user did not agree to receive push notifications when they first signed in to the app.
- The user has turned off their notifications in their device settings.
- The user has uninstalled your app from their device.
- The user has logged out of their app account. (They will still receive messages sent to all app users if the above three criteria do not apply, but they will not receive notifications about their pets or based on any other criteria from the Target users selection.)
- The user has not updated their app in some time and is running a very old version.
