How to reset a client's app password

Once a client is logged in to the app, they will remain logged in unless they actively log out, or they get logged out by their device, which may occur with operating system updates or phone upgrades.

There are two ways a client can reset their app password:

  1. When logged out, click "Forgot your password?" on the main login screen of the app.
  2. When logged in, select Menu > Settings > Change password.
For security reasons, the Vet2Pet team does not store passwords of app users. If your client doesn't remember their password, it will need to be reset.

Ask them to log out of the app by scrolling to the bottom of Settings, and selecting Log Out. They will reset their password by selecting Log In, and clicking "Forgot your password?"
