How to create an account for users without an email address
If a client does not have a valid email address, they can still be added as a user from your practice dashboard so they can collect loyalty stamps and rewards.
- Enter a fake email address for the client. We recommend using firstname_lastname@fakeemail.com.
- Since the client won't be able to verify the email address or log into the app, this account will remain unverified.
