Directions for Adding Dashboard to Phone or Tablet

Accessing the Dashboard, Benefits, & Use Cases:
The dashboard is not an app, so there is nothing to download from the app store. The dashboard URL, app.myvet2pet.com, can be opened on your phone or tablet’s browser and added to the home screen.
Using the device in landscape mode can improve this experience.
Since your screen is much smaller, the menu is hidden by default. To reveal the sidebar menu, click the three bars on the top left of your device’s screen. Click the three bars again to hide the sidebar menu.
🚨 Managers:
Having the dashboard readily available on your personal device or clinic iPad/Tablet is the most efficient way to use the Message Center for urgent alerts like closures, outages, construction, or weather updates.
Personal Devices: While employees can use their personal devices, you cannot require them to do so. We've found that the best time to handle this is during the onboarding process by having them initial a quick agreement. Be specific about who, where, and how these images can be used. For example: "I understand that I may not post pictures of pets or clients taken at to my personal social media pages without explicit consent from management and the client."
📸 Pictures are truly worth a thousand words!
Adding the dashboard shortcut to a clinic iPad or tablet makes it easy for the team to send quick client updates without interrupting their workflow, and means no more fighting over a computer station!
💡Client Updates: Capture and send quick photo/video updates through our Conversations or Message Center features. Some examples may include:
- First Time Boarders
- First Puppy/Kitten Visit
- Post Surgical Cases
- Hospitalized Cases
- Diagnostic Photos (e.g., limping, skin, incisions)
