Pharmacy Settings and Configurations
Pharmacy settings can be configured in the practice dashboard:
Settings > Food/Rx
The following settings are available for adjustment:
- Enable/disable feature
- Enable same-day requests
- Email alerts when an order is requested for pick up
The practice can also customize the days and times that are available for pick-up requests.
Use the Enable/Disable Specific Dates function to block off days the hospital is closed. Consider unchecking the Monday "Early Morning" box if your hospital is closed Sundays.
