Practice Dashboard: Engagement Stats

The following engagement stats are reported monthly (circle) and all-time (square):
- Orders = Total order requests submitted through the mobile app
- Appointments = Total appointment requests submitted through the mobile app
- Chats = Total conversations started via app chat or 2-way texting (conversations, not individual messages)
- Selfies = Total selfies submitted through the mobile app
- Surveys = Total surveys submitted from clients to the practice
- Loyalty program participation
Adding total orders, appointments and chats together gives an approximation of total incoming phone calls saved by having provided clients with these features in the mobile app.
